We in ESN Örebro are very happy that you've decided, or are thinking about coming to Örebro! We assure you that this is something you won't regret.

Although Örebro is a fairly small city (about 80.000 inhabitants in the city and 120.000 in the greater Örebro area, it is very close to other much larger cities. We're approximately two hours from Stockholm, three hours from Oslo, three from Göteborg and about four hours away from Malmö.

What we in Örebro can offer you as an exchange student is lots of activities, we arrange trips and other events, such as an International Buffet. We offer every exchange student a fadder (a Swedish "buddy") that can answer your questions and be a good friend.

There are about 150 exchange students coming to Örebro every semester, from a wide range of countries (often with all the five continents represented).

Örebro is therefore a perfect place for anyone that wants to experience a new country, culture and meet lots of other nice and interesting people.
